Paraffin & Chemical Treatments

Paraffin and chemical treatment schedules are rarely optimized given the lack of data, time to analyze it, and misaligned incentives of chemical providers. As a result, periodic call-outs by week, month, or quarter are utilized, often causing higher than necessary operational expenditures. Ambyint can assess the signatures of wax or scale build-up and quantitatively assess treatment effectiveness. Automating Set Points

Well conditions are constantly changing over time; however, legacy automation equipment can only respond with linear logic. Improper Pumpjack Loading and Balancing

Improperly balanced pumping units and overloaded gearboxes and beam loading can lead to inefficient operations and, in some cases, catastrophic failures. Changing fluid levels, downhole well conditions, and different operating philosophies can cause counterbalance moments and pumpjack loads to change over time. Without continuous monitoring, these loads drift and can exceed equipment thresholds. Ambyint evaluates every single stroke, monitoring load or torque to help keep equipment in optimal condition.
